5 Minute Fertility Balls
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- pinch sea salt
- 3 tbsp water adjust accordingly
Instructions
- Add sunflower seeds and dates into food processor and process until combined
- Next, add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor with the dates and seeds – except the water
- Process until everything is combined
- If needed, add 1tbsp at a time of water to help the mixture become sticky enough that you can roll it into balls. You may add more or less than the 3tbsp of water
- Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, shape it into 8-10 balls. Arrange them on a plate and place them in the freezer until they harden. Afterward, transfer them to a glass container or food-safe silicone freezer bag and store for up to 3 months.
