Now let’s talk about the health benefits, especially when it comes to fertility. Chia seeds are loaded with omega-3s, which are anti-inflammatory and crucial for hormone health. Rolled oats provide a steady release of energy, which helps balance blood sugar levels, an important aspect of supporting reproductive hormones. Dates, rich in fiber and natural sugars, provide an energy boost while supporting digestion. Plus, cocoa powder and dark chocolate bring in magnesium and antioxidants—both of which reduce oxidative stress, which can affect fertility. And that little burst of orange zest? Vitamin C to help your body absorb iron better and support overall immune health.
