This decadent Chocolate Avocado pudding is truly a guilt-free treat you can look forward to.

It’s creamy and rich…and the best part, it’s still super healthy.

The avocado is chock full of healthy omega 3 fatty acids which are hormone-balancing, neuroprotective, and critical for egg and sperm health.

Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole Avocado pitted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract *optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor
  • Blend on high until mixture is combined and creamy
  • Taste to adjust for personal preference
  • Top with fresh berries and hemp seeds if you choose!

Optional Additional PuddingToppers:

  • unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • pinch of turmeric or cayenne
  • nuts and seeds
