The avocado is chock full of healthy omega 3 fatty acids which are hormone-balancing, neuroprotective, and critical for egg and sperm health.
Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocado pitted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract *optional
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor
- Blend on high until mixture is combined and creamy
- Taste to adjust for personal preference
- Top with fresh berries and hemp seeds if you choose!
