Simple Summer Salad Dressing
a tangy and cheerful topper for your summer salads!
- 1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1/4 cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (can omit)
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all of the ingredients into a small mason jar
- Shake well until incorporated
