Navel oranges
peeled & cut into chunks

Lemons
peeled & cut into chunks

Turmeric root
roughly chopped (peeling optional)

Ginger root
roughly chopped (peeling optional)

Ground pepper

Raw honey

Coconut oil
unrefined
Instructions
Roughly chop all of the ingredients and add to a blender
Sprinkle in pepper
Add honey and coconut oil
Blend all ingredients until well combined - 3-4 minutes in a high-powered blender
*optional strain mixture. I don't personally do this as I like to retain as much fiber as possible
Pour into ice cube tray and freeze.
Can store for months in the freezer in an air-tight container.
To use, drop one cube into a tall glass with ice and top it with fizzy water!
