Strawberry Banana Gluten Free Muffins
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Divide batter into 12 muffin cups
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
