Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Divide batter into 12 muffin cups
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
