Grain-Free Bread Rolls

Servings: 6


  • oven
  • kettle


  • 1/3 cup ground psyllium husk
  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon if you want your bread to have a sweet aroma


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C
  • Combine the dry ingredients
  • Bring water to a boil
  • Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and combine well. Add boiling water, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Consistency should resemble Play-Doh
  • Bake on the lower rack for 50-60 minutes depending on the size of your bread rolls. They are done when you can hear a hollow sound when tapping on the bottom of the roll
