This decadent Chocolate Avocado pudding is truly a guilt-free treat you can look forward to.
It’s creamy and rich…and the best part, it’s still super healthy.
4-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 2 whole medium avocado (ripe)
- 4 tbsp pure cacoa powder (*should not contain any other ingredients)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup blueberries or raspberries (*optional)
Combine all ingredients (except berries) into a small food processor (can also use a hand blender)
Mix until ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy
Divide servings and top with optional berries
Optional Additional PuddingToppers:
- unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- pinch of turmeric or cayenne
- hemp seeds
- nuts and seeds
