4-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 whole medium avocado ripe
- 4 tbsp pure cacoa powder *should not contain any other ingredients
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup blueberries or raspberries *optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except berries) into a small food processor (can also use a hand blender)
- Mix until ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy
- Divide servings and top with optional berries
