Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This decadent Chocolate Avocado pudding is truly a guilt-free treat you can look forward to.

It’s creamy and rich…and the best part, it’s still super healthy.

4-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Servings: 4 servings


  • 2 whole medium avocado ripe
  • 4 tbsp pure cacoa powder *should not contain any other ingredients
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup blueberries or raspberries *optional


  • Combine all ingredients (except berries) into a small food processor (can also use a hand blender)
  • Mix until ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy
  • Divide servings and top with optional berries

Optional Additional PuddingToppers:

  • unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • pinch of turmeric or cayenne
  • hemp seeds
  • nuts and seeds
