Almond Flour Pancakes
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place 1/4 cup portions onto a hot frying pan or griddle, flip after 2 minutes
