Traditional pancakes (you know the ones I talking about) are loaded with processed ingredients that provide little to no nutritional value to anyone – especially those trying to conceive.

I’m loving this option instead – you can still enjoy a tasty pancake breakfast without the added hormonal storm  – with whole ingredients that will actually support your body. Top with fresh berries and you got yourself a fertility-friendly breakfast!

Almond Flour Pancakes

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Place 1/4 cup portions onto a hot frying pan or griddle, flip after 2 minutes
