Hi, I’m Michelle. Nutritionist, fellow fertility-warrior, wife to my amazing best friend, mama to 3 (2 kids and a fur-baby), and co-founder of myMindMindBody.
After years of fertility treatments – too many needles and appointments to count, I found my mental health was suffering. I was fearful about the uncertainties that lay ahead, and I absolutely dreaded all the waiting.
It was then I decided to make some changes and find ways to make the most of my time - allowing me the reassurance I was doing all I could do to optimize my chance of pregnancy.
I have combined passion for helping others with my professional experience in nutrition + brought in other experts to design a system that would fulfill a need that I felt was lacking when I was going through my own fertility challenges.
