Hi, I’m Michelle. Nutritionist, fellow fertility-warrior, wife to my amazing best friend, mama to 3 (2 kids and a fur-baby), and co-founder of myMindMindBody.

After years of fertility treatments – too many needles and appointments to count, I found my mental health was suffering.  I was fearful about the uncertainties that lay ahead, and I absolutely dreaded all the waiting.

It was then I decided to make some changes and find ways to make the most of my time - allowing me the reassurance I was doing all I could do to optimize my chance of pregnancy.

After this, Lyndsey and I joined forces to combine our passions and professional experience in nutrition and fitness to design a system that would fulfill a need that we felt was lacking when we were going through our fertility challenges.

I'm Lyndsey. Fellow Fertility Warrior, fitness enthusiast, mother of three, and co-founder of myMindBodyBaby.

Following my undergrad in Biochemistry and my MBA I started my career in brand management.  A few years later my husband and I started to try to grow our family.  Without luck.

Our three-year fertility journey, involving rounds of IUI, IVF, miscarriage, surgery, and countless blood tests & injections, highlighted a significant gap in fertility care.  We had access to world-class medical treatment - but limited access to non-clinical support.  The type of assistance that would enable me to feel like I did have some control over my mind and body during this unexpected chapter of my life.  That I was doing everything left in my control to have a baby.

Michelle and I left our previous careers and joined forces to bring this critical element of care to the market.

We are thrilled to have created support tools to help ease the fertility journeys of others.  To help other women get through this stressful, anxiety-filled rollercoaster ride with a little more love and support than we had.
